Cathy is a Leadership Coach, over 31 years as an Acquisition Professional at various federal government agencies, and over 18 years of leadership and mentoring experience.  She has a Bachelors in Technology and Management, and Masters in Contract and Procurement Management from the University of Maryland University College.  She has completed a number of leadership and management training and programs throughout the years.

Cathy has the unique ability to connect with people and encourage them to strive and persevere.  Her passion to inspire clients to develop personally and professionally is driven by her being inspired when clients are transformed into a better self, and excited about their progress and accomplishments of reaching their goals.

I have a passion to assist individuals develop personally and professionally.  I’m so inspired by individuals being transformed into a better self as they accomplish desired goal.  My passion for coaching grew from a wonderful experience of being coached.  I grew more and more as an effective leader and better equipped to address challenges effectively in my organization and personal life.   Also, I became better equipped to deal with challenging relationships and successfully encountered various professional and personal circumstances with increase confidence, determination, patience, perseverance, and yes suffering well at times  as I traveled through and experienced the weight and joy of my journey to accomplish desired goals.  This experience left me with an appreciation of the value of a professional coach who is trained in the coaching process and skillfully spurs one to develop and grow professionally, personally, emotionally and spiritually, as in my case,  as one go through their journey of being transformed and accomplish goals.  The coaching process is all about the client, and empowers the client to be positive, always moving forward, explore and discover self, define desired goals, overcome obstacles and challenges, maximize resources, determine steps and develop action plan, live out that new reality, assess and evaluate results, and celebrate accomplishments.
